Unfortunately my mam Norma Scott peacefully passed away yesterday. I’ve see everyone’s messages and kind words and they really mean a lot but I’m just not ready to reply yet, I hope everyone understands.
I can’t believe this is goodbye, life isn’t fair and my heart is broken.
All appointments are still cancelled until further notice and I’ll be in touch with everyone when I’m ready. I completely understand if you need to go somewhere else while I’m off so please don’t hesitate.

Happy Valentines Day ❤️

I thought today would be the perfect day to share the news that there will be a new member coming in August.
We are all so excited!

I will be working up until late July/ early August. With this being our first child I’m not sure what’s to come and how my body will be so I will be in touch with people when I’m ready to go back to work after my maternity leave.

If anyone has any questions about their future appointments just give me a message. I’ll be letting everyone know when they come for their appointments to discuss the future and to give everyone plenty of time to sort out their dogs grooms while I’m off.

*IMPORTANT NOTICE*

Hi everyone, I'm now completely full for the rest of the year. I do have a cancellation list if you did miss out on an appointment but just can't guarantee that I'll get any availability.

I will also be enforcing a £15 late pick up fee as I've had a few people take upto 40-60 minutes to collect their dog which massively effects my day. From now on I'll be messaging you 30 minutes before your dog is finished to let you know the collection time. If you're later than your collection time I will add £15 onto the price of the groom (unless we've spoken about this before your appointment). I really don't want to charge anyone and I hope I don't have to. I hope everyone understand that I work alone and have one dog in at a time with no space to hold other dogs. I also do dogs that are not friendly towards other dogs, so when I've booked enough space for that dog to come in safely and stress free and the dog i had in before them has still not been collected it causes huge issues and the last thing I want is for any dogs to be stressed or aggravated.
