Orlando getting lots of cuddles. Please help share to find him a home. We have tried our best to give him lots of attention but he is understandably ready to have a bit more freedom than we can offer him in his bedroom!

What do you know about shockwave therapy.. and did you know Kylie, our head vet at our sister branch Ewell Veterinary Centre, offers the treatment?! We’re having clients come far and wide to see her, why not call if you think it’s something your pet could benefit from!!
SHOCKWAVE THERAPY ⚡️
What is it? - A shock wave is an extremely strong pressure wave that pulses for a very short time (circa 10 milliseconds). The pulse is so strong, it breaks the sound barrier and creates the shockwave that transfers into the designated area of the body. The use of shock wave therapy (ESWT) has been around for many years and its uses are plentiful. The way it works is by interacting with tissues creating microfractures, which in turn cause a new inflammatory response. This effect is beneficial for tissue repair, regrowth and improved mobility.
How do we use it? - Shock wave therapy can be used to manage chronic tendon and ligament injuries in dogs by breaking down calcified deposits, which can cause stiffness and pain in limb tendons. As therapy assists with pain, swelling, and inflammation in the limbs, it is often used in conjunction with medication or other therapies.
