All dog lovers know that our four legged furbabies are a part of the family and deserve to be treated as such. All dogs need regular exercise and interaction but every day busy lives can make this difficult to achieve on a scale that we hope to deliver. Under these circumstances I hope I can fill the gaps by providing walks and/or home visits to ensure your dog(s) receive(s) the very best care and
attention they could hope for. As a starting point I can walk your loved ones for 30 or 60 minutes. This can be a street walk, in a local park or a more robust walk in somewhere like Sutton Park. Depending on your preferences I can walk your dog(s) on lead, on a long line or off lead, so long as you are confident that your dog(s) will recall to me. Following the walk I will ensure your dog(s) are safely returned home and provided with fresh water. Should they require a feed at this point I am more than happy to accommodate at no extra charge. Home Visits: I can visit your dog(s) at home for as little as 15 minutes for a quick let out in the garden, play, feed and water top up. Longer visits can be arranged to include interactive play for a duration of your choice, usually up to an hour. I am fully insured, flexible and accommodating, not forgetting reliable and professional. My DBS (previously CRB) is currently underway and will soon be available at request (I am confident this will be 100% clear!)
Should you want to know a little more about me...
My "serious" love for dogs started in 2014 (although as a child I AWAYS wanted a dog, was just never allowed and as an adult my long working hours never permitted...) when I started walking a friends dog in training for 3 peaks. Monty, the chocolate labrador, was a new lease of life for me and soon we were off on camping trips together! Following that I started looking after friends dogs in exchange for...wine! I then got involved with a local rescue charity, Pattering Paws, and started fostering for them along with helping out with home checks and transportation. I have since looked after many rescue dogs, something that has become very close to my heart. I had known for a while that I had wanted to get out of my now previous vocation (after 14 years post qualification as an accountant), it took a while to work out just where I wanted to go, and then discovered it was to work with dogs! So here I am, building a new career for myself and if you seriously got this far in reading about me, then thank you !!
