According to this map we are just in it, but only just. Hopefully no issues as had a run in at the start of the week with a homeless woman with no issue but potential of theft and drugs noted during her chat with me. Xx😞

Nottinghamshire Police are aware of reports of altercations and anti-social behaviour within the Sutton in Ashfield Town Centre in the past 48 hours. In response to this, Ashfield's Neighbourhood Policing Inspector (NPI) 717 Boylin has issued a s.34 Dispersal Order across Sutton in Ashfield Town Centre. This means that if any person over the age of 10 is found by police to be acting in an anti-social manner within the area marked on the below map between the times specified, they can be given a notice to leave the area for up to 48 hours.

If the person were to then return back during this period, they may be liable to arrest and prosecution for breaching the order.

Patrols have also been increased in the area to ensure this order is adhered to, so feel free to speak to our officers if you see them!
