Pumpkin 🧊pops are a winner in my house for the fur babies 🐾. Pumpkin powder and goats milk powder (or yogurt with a little water) mixed and frozen.

So I have decided to add to my knowledge of dogs and do a dog training course. It doesn't official start until September but they have given me some bits of information to keep me busy for now. So watch out those naughty dogs/owners 🤣

Unfortunately due high demand at the moment I am having to post that I am not able to take on any more NEW customers for the moment as I don't have any availability and don't want to struggle more than I already am to fit my regular customers in. Nail trims may still enquire as they may still be possible if I am passing.

Why do I recommend crate training?

I often hear that people don’t want to crate train their dogs, they think they are cruel, they want their dogs to have freedom etc…

See below just a few reasons to crate train your dogs:

✅ Your dog needs to go to the vets and will be crated in between treatment, X-rays etc. if this is the first time your dog has been crated it is not going to be a great experience for them!
✅ Recovering from surgery and they need complete rest… no running to the door to greet the postman, no playing with the other dogs. This can speed up recovery time!
✅ Fireworks!
✅ A safe place for them.
✅ It teaches them to switch off! If you are struggling with a dog with unruly house behaviour you can give them time out and teach them to relax in a constructive manner.
✅ It reduces the development of separation anxiety
✅ If your dog is destructive it keeps them and your house safe!

A crate is not a prison, it is more like a cot for a baby. Dogs need and crave structure and discipline, crates can help create great routine and structure for your dog!

Once a dog is crate trained you leave the door open and allow the dog to choose.. 9/10 times they will choose to go there themselves.
