At 3pm today we had a client call to cancel her 4 dogs appointment for tomorrow morning as she couldn’t make it, baring in mind we close at 3:30, can I remind everyone we are a small family run business and cancelling £200’s worth of appointments half an hour before closing time for the following morning just isnt fair, giving us no time to try to fill the appointments and being quite annoyed/rude/hanging up the phone when being asked to pay for the appointments that had been made is disgusting, i unfortunately don’t work as a hobby and do actually need to make a living, i have a mortgage, staff wages and a child to feed amongst the rest of my bills and cannot run on thin air. The annoying thing is we have people that would have probably wanted those appointments if we had been given more notice. Please be more mindful of small businesses and either give notice or pay for the appointments that you agreed to. On that note we have two appointments now available tomorrow at 11:30 and 1:30 if anyone would like one, thank you Sophie
