Sorry for the following message but CAN I PLEASE REMIND SOPHIES MOBILE CUSTOMERS ONLY any appointments booked between now and the end of January are at the salon in Sidcup and not mobile, today is my first official day off in the lead up to having our baby in 2 weeks time and I’m already having cancellations because customers cannot make the salon even after confirming the appointments with me weeks ago. I’m now £95 out of pocket on my first day off and have staff, rent and bills to pay with very little income due to being self employed. If you have booked an appointment at the salon and know you are not going to be able to get there please have the decency to let me know at least 48 hours In advance so I can try to fill it. The majority of my customers have been great and thank you to those for keeping my business going whilst I take this time off. To the others please be more considerate, I’m a small business and when you don’t turn up it has a massive effect 😥

SOPHIES CLIENTS ONLY PLEASE READ:

As you all know now we are expecting a baby, I have tried to find a replacement to take over my mobile clients whilst I am off but it’s proved unsuccessful, anyway baby is due on the 12th December but due to my health problems he needs to come early via c-section, (we are still waiting for the specialist surgeon and the c-section surgeon to agree on a date) however it will be between the last week of November- 1st week of December, I will be finishing grooming to relax for bubbas arrival on the 16TH NOVEMBER in our salon in Sidcup, my last mobile groom date is 31ST OCTOBER, if you have a booking with me in NOVEMBER/DECEMBER ONLY, you can either bring your appointment forward (before 31st October for me to come to you mobile) or you can come to me at the salon for the first two weeks of November, or if you would like to come to the salon for the end of November/December the girls at the salon will be able to groom my clients whilst I am off, I trust both girls with all my dogs, they are both great groomers and will look after you the same as I do, James will still be grooming his own clients and is practically fully booked for November/December but if for any special doggies that have health problems/cannot travel to the salon in Sidcup please let me know asap and we will do our best to fit you in with James (please bare in mind he would also like to have a little time with baby when he arrives so these appointments will be very limited and only for special requests) sorry to everyone that has had there Christmas grooms booked with me since January I really appreciate your custom and loyalty and hope you understand, I will hopefully be back mid/late January and am already making my 2025 appointments list for people that would like to book for the year, these appointments will be sent when I’m off recovering once I know when I will likely to be well enough to return, thank you for reading, Sophie x

Please can we ask that if you book an appointment with us that you have guaranteed parking for us to groom your dog, it is not our responsibility to find suitable parking, if we come to the appointment booked and no parking is available full payment for the missed groom will need to be paid for the time wasted. Thank you

We are looking for a lovely groomer to join our mobile grooming team in one of our fully equipped vans, we require a Level 3 groomer or must have at least 1 year salon experience and be able to groom to a high standard in a timely manor completing 4-6 full grooms per day, we are looking for someone that is able to work in a team and alone, be confident in dealing with customers and most importantly be kind and caring towards our furry clients!
