New clients 🐶 for the first time in over 2 years we have space to take on new clients, these appointments will be offered to clients that would like to get onto a regular grooming schedule (not for one off grooms) please note we must have parking guaranteed for directly outside your home so we can run a cable to your electric, we are not able to take any new clients in Sidcup or Orpington but can offer appointments at our salon in Sidcup for these customers. availability from mid February, to book please message us 🐶

Sorry for having a moan…..
I had messages on Christmas day and Boxing Day asking for the years bookings, reminder I cannot send over any appointments until EVERYONE is booked incase I have to move them around, just remember I’m a human being and work blooming hard all year round I deserve to have a break too, (if I could do it any quicker I would as I dread it every year but it’s not possible) by pestering whilst I’m trying to enjoy time with my family is not going to get me to do it any quicker unfortunately.

Baby brain!!! I completely forgot that V.I.Poochies turned 12 years old yesterday 🙃😂 a massive thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone that has used our service and supported our small business past and present, the 22 year old me would have never imagined I would be writing this post all those years ago ❤️ thousands of doggies later, a husband, a new salon, 2 vans, 10 of my own little fluffs, our first home and a baby coming into the craziness in 2 days time 👶🏻 none of it would have happened if I didn’t take that first step 12 years ago, here’s to the next 12 ❤️

Sorry for the following message but CAN I PLEASE REMIND SOPHIES MOBILE CUSTOMERS ONLY any appointments booked between now and the end of January are at the salon in Sidcup and not mobile, today is my first official day off in the lead up to having our baby in 2 weeks time and I’m already having cancellations because customers cannot make the salon even after confirming the appointments with me weeks ago. I’m now £95 out of pocket on my first day off and have staff, rent and bills to pay with very little income due to being self employed. If you have booked an appointment at the salon and know you are not going to be able to get there please have the decency to let me know at least 48 hours In advance so I can try to fill it. The majority of my customers have been great and thank you to those for keeping my business going whilst I take this time off. To the others please be more considerate, I’m a small business and when you don’t turn up it has a massive effect 😥
