Morning all, just a polite reminder please don't bring your dogs to their appointment soaking wet. I totally get it they need to have a walk or you're walking them round to me, i know that cant be helped etc..but if you could keep them mud free and dry as possible before their appointment that would really help as bringing them soaking wet will take longer and cost more as I will need to dry them first before I can do anything.

I'm not one to complain as we all get forgetful at times but over a week I've had 3 no shows! That's £130. I've never asked for a deposit all I've ever asked for is if you change your mind then please have the decency to let me know. I'm running a small business and have bills to pay too.

Am I going to have to ask for a non refundable deposit from new customers?
