Hi all, it’s been a while!

Unfortunately I’m not taking on any new clients for any services for the foreseeable future, but I am happy to recommend some other professionals if I receive any enquiries.

I believe I have contacted all existing bookings, however if you have a booking with me the end of the year or next year and I have not contacted you yet, please do get in touch.

We have the beautiful Bella and handsome Ozzy staying with us this week, they’ve enjoyed some time in the sunshine. 🥰☀️

As the temperature is getting into the 20’s this week please remember that whilst we love the hot weather, our fur babies don’t cope very well in the heat! ☀️🥵

As it heats up I’d like to remind my walking clients that I will be taking extra care to keep everyone safe both in the car and during walks, and may need to adjust walking times where necessary to ensure this. I will discuss with all clients as the temperature starts to rise and we can make a plan of action going forward. However, please be advised, as soon as it gets too hot I will be cancelling walks, their safety means the world to me!

❗️I’d also like to remind owners to use common sense, walk earlier/later in the day, stick to shaded areas with water, avoid hot pavements and hot sand which can get 2-3x hotter than the temperature in the air, and absolutely do not, under any circumstance, leave your dog in the car.❗️

Also keep in mind the breed, age and size of your dog, and whether they are in season, these can all have an impact on their level of risk. 📈

No dog ever died from a missed walk but they may very well do so from a hot one! 🥺

I am taking some time to myself this week due to having to say goodbye to my beautiful boy Forrest yesterday. 💚🌈

He was the sweetest soul and I am utterly heartbroken. As all in the Happy Tails family know, they are not just your pets, they are a part of yourselves, your family members and soulmates. The love you have for your beautiful animals is totally unconditional, they can do no wrong, even when they are naughty and test your patience, they do one cute or funny thing and all is forgiven.

I will never forget him, he was a shining light in my life, but sometimes you have to make the most difficult decisions to end suffering, and I feel it is the kindest thing you can do for them. ♥️

Please bare with me this week, there may be a delay in responding to messages or posting, I’m sure everyone is able to understand if you’v ever lost a beloved animal. 💔

Hi all! 👋🏼

As of April I will have some slots opening for small/medium sized dogs for 1 hour long group walks. 🐾

All dogs must be happy in a group setting, ideally able to be let off lead (only if recall is good), no history of aggressive behaviour, and must be happy transported in the car using crates where required to ensure their safety. 😊

I will accept both regulars and ad hoc walks depending on availability, and will be collecting from Uplands and surrounding areas (Mt Pleasant, Sketty, City Centre, Mayals etc.) and walks will consist of a variety of beach, woodland and field areas. 🥳

✨ £15 per dog (discounted rate for multiple dogs from same household)
✨ Fully insured
✨ DBS checked
✨ Guaranteed tired and happy dogs on return!

Please get in touch if you would like your dog/dogs to join our group walks, spaces will be limited and unfortunately only available to XS, S and M sized dogs currently. 😊🐾
