💔 news this evening to find out one of my clients dogs was put to sleep bless him, such a beautiful boy & been with me since he was a pup.
It breaks my 💔, but I know he’s in the best place now out if any torment or pain

With children and pets spending more time together over the summer holidays, it's super important to watch dogs closely and listen to their body language ⚠️

Dogs' stress signals often get misunderstood or missed, with some owners not realising their dog is unhappy until they growl, snap or even bite.

The canine ladder of communication is a useful guide, showing the different signals dogs show through their body language to communicate. As a dog gets more upset, their body language may change according to the steps on the ladder 🚦

It’s important to note that all dogs are different - not every dog will show every behaviour on the ladder and might not follow the same order.

𝐃𝐎𝐄𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐘𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐘 𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐄𝐀𝐓 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐩𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐝'𝐬 𝐏𝐢𝐞

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
1 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 cups mashed potatoes (prepared from scratch or store-bought)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish.
2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is soft and translucent.
4. Stir in the frozen peas and carrots, beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, until the mixture thickens.
5. Transfer the beef mixture to the prepared baking dish. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the top.
6. If using, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the mashed potatoes.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and the filling is bubbling.
8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Please notify the business immediately if you’re dog has ticks or fleas to save the transfer to other canine clients, do not attend the salon

This wiil then allow me to move youre dog to end of day to save the infestation transfer, allowing me to attend to youre dog’s requirements & deflea the salon after youre attendance, allowing the smooth running of the business the following day
A small cost maybe added to alter appointment to end of day

Anyone bringing a dog into the salon with either of these issues on their dog/s wthout prior notification to alter the appointment timing will now be charged an extra £25 ontop of the grooming quote supplied at time of booking, this is due to the high possibility of infestation onto the premises 🐾

Sorry if this offends or causes any inconvenience, but my business thrives through being open not closed down to clearing infestations

All my regulars are already aware of the process through the signed terms & conditions on making a booking

PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A BOOKING IF THIS IS LIKELY TO CAUSE AN ISSUE 🙏🐾
