Please note…

We require a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice, failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee being applied.
Also if you turn up late to your appointment and it is longer possible to carry out the groom due to time constraints then the same also applies.
We don’t want to do this but unfortunately we have no choice as no shows are becoming such a problem it is costing us a lot of money!
We know that last minute situations arise and completely understand that, but not showing up because you’ve simply forgot, decided to go shopping or out for lunch instead, and not even bothering to phone is not a good enough reason!
We’ve got a list of people who have been waiting weeks for an appointment as we’re so busy, but unfortunately when you don’t show up or even bother to give notice then there’s just no time to allocate that appointment to someone else!

Hi everyone,
Just a polite reminder of our policy’s, please could you let us know if you’re unable to attend an appointment and we require a minimum of 24 hours of cancellation otherwise a charge may apply, also please don’t enter the salon if your dog has fleas as I have to cancel all appointments to treat the whole salon which actually costs a minimum of £10 on top of all cancelled appointments, this is a massive hit for a small business, we ask if you could phone up and let us know so we can reschedule another appointment,

Meet Freddie 🥰 he’s an absolute gentle giant, he loves coming to the salon, he runs straight through the door and jumps into the bath without me even asking him to, he constantly gives paw and kisses and waggles his tail, it’s surprising how much hair comes off him considering he’s in regular for a bath 🛁 🐶
