Some GluShu glue on shoes applied today for this old pony with chronic laminitis. Before using the glushu he was very footsore and was struggling to manage his daily routine. This is now his 4th application and the improvement has allowed him to carry on with his retirement much happier. As he is old and arthritic they were the perfect solution, avoiding the trauma of nailing to a compromised hoof capsule and mainly being applied in the standing position reducing the discomfort of holding his leg up for long periods.

A shire with canker treated at the vets recently. Canker is described as an infectious process that results in the development of a chronic hypertrophy of the horn-producing tissues, more commonly seen in heavy breeds. After debridement of the affected area the owner then treated topically everyday. Recovery is greatly improved with correct management and regular checks to prevent and manage reoccurrence.

Please can I remind everyone invoices are not a buy now pay later arrangment, when you receive one it should be payed within a reasonable amount of time not weeks or months. If you’ve been notified I will only accept payment on the day don’t be shocked when I leave if payment is not there.
