Happy New Year everybody!

Unfortunately due to a select few clients delaying payments. I will now only be able to accept weekly payments for walks. This will start (06/01/25). Unfortunately, if payment isn't made by the end of the week on the Sunday then walks for the following week will be cancelled. I will be sending out payment reminders for those that don’t pay on time, if payment is not paid then all walks will cease until payment is made.

Thanks for all your support throughout 2024, and sorry for those that do pay on time that I have to put this in place.

I look forward to seeing my four legged pals next week! 🐾

🔥🐶LIMITED DOG WALKING SLOT AVALIABILITY 🐶🔥

On lead and off-lead (where previously discussed) exercise, play and training in locations suited to the needs of the pack. The Gower Dog Trainers pack walks are centred around encouraging good behaviour and polite manners whilst enjoying the company of other dogs. We routinely practice important behaviours like recall, loose lead walking and sit stays to make sure the dogs can stay calm and focused whilst also having fun.

Early Bird (7:00AM -9:00AM) & Lunch Break (12- 2:00PM) available Monday-Friday... However spaces are very limited, and expected to fill up quickly.

Pick up and drop off included!

4 x 1 hour sessions for puppies or adult dogs.

1 hour session for the hands-on dog owner to get some professional guidance from a dog trainer. Want a really impressive sit or down stay? Reliable recall? Does your dog rush out of your front door or pick things up that they shouldn’t? We’ll teach you how to lay foundations for great behaviour. We are experienced in these areas and they are all things we would love to help you with. We can also work directly with you to develop long lasting change for more complex behavioural challenges. This package is geared towards making significant progress as we feel repeated face-to-face sessions can offer the consistency you need to stay focused on your training plan with your dog. Perfect for the dog who is overexcited, lacks boundaries, insecure, anxious, reactive or exhibiting some aggression.

🐾🗞️ EXCITING NEWS 🗞️ 🐾

The Gower dog trainer is excited to be enable to eliminate the stress associated with the question “will the animals be okay when we are gone?”

For most of our four legged friends, owners going out is not a problem; they’re used to it, and they know that the ring leader of the pack will be back soon. But start packing your suitcase, and your dog thinks “Oh dear – this doesn’t look good…” this is because they associate bags being packed with a longer separation or worse being taken to dog kennels or cattery…. Placing pets in unfamiliar surrounds such as kennels can cause unnecessary stress and suffering (This can present in symptoms such as pining, loss of appetite and gnawing)

The kindest and best arrangement you can make for your dogs while you’re away is to leave them at home in their familiar environment following their normal routines, our new services of pet sitting and pet drop ins has been included in our list of services for this very purpose.
