Torcoed Welsh Mountain Ponies Our aim is to breed ponies of true Welsh mountain type. This stud prioritieses temperament and versatility within our breed.

Having a keen interest in the traditional Welsh Mountain Pony. Most of our mares carry the Blaenau, Revel, Cascob, Coed Coch, Dyfed & Twyford bloodlines to name but a few. We breed and offer for sale a small but select number of foals and young stock each year some of which are sired by premium scheme stallions. Occasionally we will also have a select number of quality mares for sale. The foundation of our stud began in 2001 with the purchase of a beautiful little mare named Blaenau Playday.
