Poppy has her favourite treats bought in with her to help her through the bits she really isn’t that keen on. Such as under her chin, anywhere at the rear and front paws 😬🫣

Loki comes here frequently but is at an age now whereby he does struggle with parts of the groom, especially the blaster!

So to adapt and not to cause him too much unnecessary stress, Loki is towel dried instead.

Cocker Spaniels: Brothers Sergent and Harry back for a much shorter look this time around. Beautiful coats they have but so hard to maintain this time of year. See you again soon 💕

Dachschund: Midge is quite a character and full of sass in the groom room at the moment. But we managed a shorter coat today and didn't he look dapper after! See you soon 💕

Cocker Spaniel: Leo back again but this time we're braving the blade instead of a scissor cut! Leo looks stunning long but takes a lot of maintenance in this kind of weather so off with the locks for now. See you again soon 💕

Labrador: First visit for Freddie and he did so well too. Lots of deshedding prior to a wash and blow dry for this gorgeous boy. Even fell asleep during the process! See you again soon 💕

Springer Spaniel: I love the difference on Zoe's coat after she has been groomed. One of the photos shows her back half shaun. Her markings are stunning! See you again soon Zoe 💕

Cavashon: Coco back for the full works. Captured a couple of good facial expressions too! See you again soon 💕

Shih Tzu: Harris back for a groom. Absolute gent, very nervous so we take the process slowly at his pace. See you again soon 💕

Golden Retriever: Wilson's first groom and he did amazingly! We decided to break the sessions down so he wasn't too overwhelmed. See you again soon 💕

Cockapoo: Boo came back for a second visit. Unfortunately, Boo's beautiful coat was just too matted in a lot of areas so regrettably it was agreed it was best to shave short. Really don't like doing this and it really is the last resort but having two like this so close together really did make me sad to do this, but for the best. See you again 💕

Sprocker: Daisy comes back for her usual pamper, with her ball, that keeps her safe ☺️ See you again soon 💕

Cavashon: Teddy came back for a groom. With permission, it was agreed that Teddy would need to be shaved close this time due to the large patches of matts close to the skin. It's never a nice thing to do but, we were all impressed that Teddy may be short, but his coat was still soft and cuddly! We do everything we can to try and avoid this, but as you can see, it's not as bad looking as you may think! Just need a little coat for a while whilst the beautiful curly coat grows back now that the weather has turned 😍 See you again soon 💕
