Trim, Don't Overdo It! 🐾

Keeping your dog's nails trimmed is essential for their comfort and health.
Regular trims prevent painful overgrowth and potential joint issues. Be cautious not to cut too close to the quick, which may cause bleeding.

Are your dogs teeth in need of some TLC then you need to get your furry friend booked in for an Ultra sonicTeeth Cleaning session.

This is Georgi who has been having a deep teeth cleaning sessions and he is having amazing results. Your first session costs £30 (includes dogs own toothbrush head) then a follow up session is just £20. Discounted to £15 a session if done alongside your regular groom.

Who has a dog that just hates the rain? we have certainly had a lot the last few weeks.

Does your dog give you the Dramatic stare, as soon as your dog spots the rain, it's like you've committed a cardinal sin. That dramatic stare says it all – "Really? You expect me to go out in THAT?"

Or does your dog do the Paw Protests. Wet paws? No, thank you! They turn into a protest professional, lifting each paw as if to say, "Do you see what I'm dealing with here?!"

Now its starting to get colder its important to keep your dog's coat well-groomed during the colder months.

Regular brushing helps remove dead hair and promotes better insulation.

Don't shave your dog's coat too short. A longer coat provides warmth in cold weather.

I just want to thank each and everyone of you who have popped along to say 👋 over the last few weekends and supported us at the numerous events we have been at in November and December.

We had a lovely weekend at the Arkells Christmas Fayre and sold lots of festive treats for your furry friends 🐾. This weekend we are at the Strawberry Theif Christmas Market with 'Gloria' full of even more dog treats.

During the colder months its important to stay active but you need to stay warm too.

Dogs still need exercise in winter, but be mindful of the temperature outside. It might be advisable to shorten the length of your daily walks if it's extremely cold.

Maybe engage in indoor activities like interactive toys, puzzle feeders, or indoor play to keep them mentally stimulated instead.

It was a big day for cooper…..

After regular visits building up the time he spent with me and gently introducing him to grooming, today we managed a full groom... Massive success 👏🙌.

At his first visit I had to call his Pawrents back to pick him up after 15 minutes as he was so anxious and upset. A massive well done to cooper and his Pawrents for maintaining his coat beautifully in-between visits. And to finish with this beautiful photo of him relaxed and calm made my day ❤️.

We are at FollyFest 2023 this weekend. Pop by and pick up a Folly fest treat box and choose your colour collar bow.

Just a little snippet of today, Teddy and Ziggy in for day care. Little Tilly the #cockapoo came in for her 2nd puppy groom, but we decided it was better for her to have her first haircut, which she was fantastic for. Pablo was also in for daycare, and Thor came in for a meet and greet too. Also in for grooms today were Bella the #GSD, Dudley the #aussiedoodle and Marti the #labradoodle……. Sorry for the lack of photos! 🐾

It was just too hot last week so I didn’t take many photos at all. We had a few meet and greets last week which the girls enjoyed. And we also got some new raised beds for in the garden which the girls seem to be enjoying.

When we say home-boarding that’s exactly what we mean, your dogs stay in our home as part of our family. 🥰🐾

We had the lovely Sergio to stay for the night, hoping he’s sleeping as soundly as Mable is since he left 🤣🐾
