That's it my last dog groomed of 2023!

Big thank you to dani. She sorted out my scruffy man this morning! Very professional and friendly. My Jasper gets so stressed having a car ride to a groomer. This was so much better he’s so much happier. Thank you again. 100% recommend 🫡🫶🏻

Cancelling on the day for any other reason than an emergency will now be charged especially if I have turned up to the house. I've had a couple cancel on me when I have people on a waiting list wanting their dogs to be groomed.
If this carries on I will be taking deposits to hopefully avoid this in future but obviously I do understand that emergencies happen and people forget 😁

Also If you are not happy with the end results of your dog groom then TELL ME when I am there and I can change this for you! Do not email or message after. I would of asked you at the end of your groom if you are happy with your groom AND IF YOU SAY YES THEN THATS IT FINISHED. I won't be offering refunds to anyone after that yes confirmation.
I'm more than happy to spend another 30 mins on a dog to be perfect for you then to receive some not so nice complaints.

I'm not a mind reader please please please show me pictures or describe specifically what you would like done to the dog.

Any issues then please message and speak to me and we can always sort something out! 😁

It's so super important to brush out your long or curly coated dogs regularly and thorough.

If your groomer cannot brush out a big matt on the dogs fur it's 9/10 gonna be shaved or cut off.
I understand that circumstances happen either with an aggressive dog/can't brush etc
But you need to understand that the groomer will do all they can to brush out and save the part that's matted before even thinking about shaving it.

It upsets me to even have to cut it in the first place.
It upsets me more when customers become upset when they aren't happy with them being shaved.

It wouldn't happen if they were brushed.....

Please remember we are doing the best for your doggies!
We know how special they are to you.

🐕 Just to make my customers aware... 🐕
Unfortunately I will be increasing my prices from the next appointment going forward.
Some of the prices from the previous owner was too low for the dog/service provided and with the cost of living prices and fuel increasing I will need to increase.
It's not a huge jump and any inquires or confusion please message me and I can help.

A bit about me... I have always loved animals and left college with a animal management qualification. I have worked in many different jobs with animals from goat and dairy farming to longleat safari park with the lions and tigers.
