Calleigh came into season unexpectedly so she’s been taken out of group walks and staying on the lead just now. She is a very high energy dog and loves to keep busy running around in the woods, luckily I have a canicross harness that fits her perfectly so I took her somewhere quiet so she could try some canicross.
She had so much fun and it was a great opportunity for her to burn off some steam and try something new that would engage her brain a bit while she isn’t able to run free. After nearly tripping me up with a few emergency sniff stops she soon got the hang of staying out in front and running in a straight(ish!) line! Her mum said she was nice and tired out for the rest of the day too!
