We’ve noticed a rise in matted dogs recently. While we understand that not all dogs enjoy the grooming process, the Animal Welfare Act of 2016 prevents us from brushing out severe mats. The safest and kindest option is to shave the mats off, which will now incur an additional charge of £20 on top of the standard grooming cost.
To help prevent matting, we recommend that curly-coated dogs be groomed every 6–8 weeks. If you’re finding it challenging to keep up with brushing, feel free to message us, and we’ll be happy to help.

⭐️ Our methods do work ⭐️
This video is posted with the owners permission. This is mels dog milo, he absolutely hates being groomed has been muzzled and banned from groomers.
Today Magda took him under her wing and 💥a muzzle free calm groom 🥰
We really do work to every dogs need !!
Dog grooming is not one size fits all. They all have their own individual needs ( milo must prefer Magda 😂) and we as groomers must meet these needs 💕
⚠️ The importance of puppy grooms ⚠️
This little boy is a full of beans baby but he’s been visiting and getting used to the salon. You can see how calm and relaxed he is on the table 🥰
It’s really important to start puppies as early as you can (even if it’s just popping in for a cuddle and a treat ).
