WE ARE HIRING!!
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Dog lover to join our close-knit team at our Natural Pet Shop.

24 hours a week on a flexible 4 day week rota which will include weekends. (*initially Thursday-Sunday)
10am – 4pm
Starting at £10 per hour

*You must already feed your dog on a Raw diet*

To answer the question on every customers lips this week.
Christmas Eve : 10am—4pm
Christmas Day : Closed
Boxing Day : Closed
Tuesday 27th : Closed
Wednesday 28th : 10am-4pm
Thursday 29th : 10am—4pm
Friday 30th : 10am—4pm
New Years Eve : Closed
New Years Day : Closed
Then were back open as normal week commencing 2nd Jan!
So plenty of opportunity to pick up your dogs food as normal :)

Royal Mail strikes are causing significant delays to us getting orders out!
We are waiting on loads of fabric and engravings which have been dispatched to us via Royal Mail. Some items are over a week late!
We are sending the majority of our parcels to you via Evri, to ensure there are no further delays. But we are at mercy of the postman for getting it all in to us.
Please be advised we are working as hard as we can around the clock to get all our final orders made and out in the post to you guys. Please bare with us!! Thank you 👍🏼

WE ARE CLOSING! 🥲
We have made the very difficult decision to hang up our leads and step away from the sewing machines at the end of this month.
Unfortunately after many many conversations over the last 12 months we have made the very difficult decision to close our order book and website.
We have had lots of fun over the past 6 years making collars and accessories for dogs all over the world. Each and every order gave us that spark of happiness and we are so grateful to each and everyone of you!!
With everything else we have going on with other businesses as well as our young family of 3 kids we have found ourselves at a crossroad between family life and work life and unfortunately we cant balance the two working late into the night and early mornings most days.
Our Pretty Pointer Brand will be taken over by Pure and Raw, (our raw dog food company) and will be displayed in our shop for the foreseeable future. However we will no longer be producing custom or made to order items.
Our website remains open for order now until 1st November so if you had plans to get gifts for your dogs of friends for Christmas please do get them in soon. All current orders are being produced and posted asap.
Our social media pages will revert back to our original The Pretty Pointers accounts following the lives of our dogs Hendrix and Luna but we will from time to time post special offer for various collars and accessories and bring you lots of deals for treats, supplements as well as promoting various other companies and items which we think would be of interest to you. So I do hope you will stay with us on socials :)
Our shop inside Grangewood Garden Centre will remain open Tuesday to Sunday 10am to 4pm, nothing is changing for Pure and Raw. As things continue to grow Alex will be a much more regular face in our shop.
Thank you so much to every single person who purchased accessories, recommended our products and shared all their wonderful photos of their dogs in their Pretty Pointer apparel.
We are definitely going to miss this business and all our wonderful customers!!!

Join us this Sunday at Appleby Country Fair where we have a super stall filled with our natural Treats, Supplements, Toys and some of the very best Pretty Pointer Dog Collars and Accessories.
We will also be unveiling some brand new Harris Tweeds too!!
Our shop will be open as normal with James and Hayley in store while Alex and Rachel run our fair stall.
It's set to be a fun family day out with plenty for kids and it shouldn't be too hot for the doggies either so bring them along to see us 😊👍🏼
