Bella, a lovely little cocker came for a teeth clean. Her teeth aren’t too bad but she does have a fair bit of tartar build up on her canines. This process isn’t a magic wand and it will take some work but I saw a big difference after today’s session.

Teeth cleaning at the groomers isn’t something that will help really bad dog teeth, the key is to stop the build up in the first place. Making a frequent dental treatment very important whether at home, at the groomers or at the vets.

Just imagine never cleaning your own teeth 😱

Golden oldie Bella is pretty much blind now but she is so good and so trusting in me. Although it’s sad as I have known her pretty much all of her life, it’s also an honour that she lets me do what needs to be done. She’s definitely in safe hands and I allow her the time, patience and process that she needs to keep her in the best condition possible ❤️

Two big transformations today. Paddy refuses to sit for the camera but Rosie isn’t shy ❤️ A couple of shampoos, conditioner, some revitalising & smoothing products and a much needed hefty haircut each got these two looking smart and fresh, all ready for the better weather ❤️

It’s been a labour of love getting my new grooming cabin converted and there is still a handful of cosmetic tweaks to do but today I can reopen! Apologies again to those I had to postpone yesterday but it just wasn’t quite ready.

Thank you to all of our friends, family and the trades that have worked so hard to get this done for me and big thanks to Gerry (my OH) who has done a sterling job with several late shifts 😱❤️

Now let’s gets back on track with all of my furry friends coming to visit, can’t wait to get stuck in today ❤️🐶🐶❤️

Welcome Winnie. OMG! ❤️❤️ absolutely adorable!! Such a good girl during her puppy intro. Took it all in her stride, of course she’s was a bit puppy wriggly but so chilled in all, not so keen on feet work but hey, she’s a baby and she’s learning 🤷‍♀️
I think I have fallen just a little bit in love and she is a fabulous addition to the home of my other little besties who visited last week. You all know how much I love my job but some days you get an extra cherry on the top 😍😍😍

We did bath in the kindest puppy shampoo, a nice, warm and slow dry, a good brush and comb through, followed by feet, face and bum tidy. She was a little trooper, can’t wait until next time.
