When you completely rely on humans, my hope and dream for you is that you are never let down.
That you always feel safe.
Understood.
Respected.
Happy.
Loved.

You give us your whole heart without asking for anything in return and I want you to always be met with kindness and good health. That your humans laugh at your silly antics. Protect you fiercely. Fight for you when you are not feeling well.

I hope you leave this world like you entered it…believed in.

We were your first hands and heart and I hope you are old and grey when you lie in your humans arms and take your last breath.

I wish I could protect you. I wish I could promise you the world. I wish life was always good.

But as your breeder, I promise to give you a voice in your placement. To raise you to be brave and well socialized and to have humans that understand what you need to be fulfilled and be safe.

So for today, that is the very best I can do. And for today you are mine and loved, protected and adored beyond measure.
