Bark & Bramble was established in 2022 in honour of our 3 Romanian rescues.

Our passion for improving their nutrition and mental wellbeing inspired us to offer high quality natural treats to others.

🎁 Christmas is coming! 🎁

We’re making a small amount of 12 and 24 day advent calendars this year, alongside some smaller stocking fillers like the jar pictured and a little hanging decoration full of sausages!

- with chicken or chicken free, just choose the option when you add to your basket.
- a 400g Christmas Dinner pate for Christmas Day

Little Nish has decided her favourite treats for the week!

🌭 3 Bird Roast Sausages (new for the Christmas season!) - great for chopping up into training treats.

🐑 Lamb Lung - crunchy and light, perfect for dogs who like a quicker snack or have softer mouths.

Luna/Nish (she has many names!) loves a tough treat to self soothe, but these are her favourite smaller snacks.

Pluto has decided Pheasant Sticks and Beef Lung are his faves. Unfortunately, whilst he normally poses beautifully, he showed very little self control today 🤣

Pluto is sensitive to venison, which is quite rare, and he prefers easy to eat soft or crunchy snacks. If he has anything long lasting he takes it everywhere like it’s his baby which causes him some anxiety, so quick treats it is!

Hi guys!

I thought it was time to introduce ourselves ☺️

I’m Kate and I run Bark & Bramble. My pups, Pluto, Luna and Obie have been the inspiration for quite a lot of changes in my life! They each came from very difficult backgrounds and have their own anxieties and sensitivities, and our whole world has changed to be able to give them the best life. I left nursing over a year ago now to pursue a more dog and nature based life. I grew up on a farm with selective mutism and my childhood dogs got me through some pretty difficult times. My current dogs (especially Pluto) changed my life, and I wanted to return to my childhood dreams and repay them for the love, loyalty and happiness they give me. I know many of you have similar stories and I want to do the same for you in some way. I find many of us here have very special relationships with our dogs and a background story to share.

Somehow, I’ve ended up in a rescue job that I absolutely adore, run a sensory based dog park and little ol’ Bark & Bramble. On the side I’m training to be a dog trainer too. I never thought I would be here, and I wouldn’t be where I am without my pups. I couldn’t be more thankful for what they’ve done for me, returning me to my first love ❤️

I’m always interested to hear your stories so please feel free to comment and chat about the impact your pups have had on you 🥰

Yak chews have been restocked! Look at the stunning @caspar_the_stabyhoun chomping on his 😍 Yak bars are an amazingly tough and tasty treat for your dogs. Originally they were made for human consumption and they are still widely eaten by people and their dogs who live in the Himalayas. They are a high protein, high calcium and long-lasting treat, with a unique taste and smell. Dogs absolutely love this chew and it gives the humans some peace and quiet! If parts of the chew break off you can save them to put in the microwave!
