Edit: OWNER FOUND! We have had a male entire, young brown Patterdale terrier brought in to the practice. He is microchipped but suspect to the breeder who we can’t reach. Found opposite the Bickerton Poacher. Please message us on here if he is yours as the practice will close at 12.30.

Dear clients,

You may have noticed vets have been the hot topic in the news over the past week following the release of the CMA’s provisional decision on the future of the veterinary sector.

At Tattenhall Veterinary Practice we are fiercely proud to be entirely independently owned, and surround ourselves with amazing colleagues who strive to deliver the best care possible to our patients, and this is something that will never change.

From the outset we have aimed to provide the transparency that the CMA and the general public desire. Many of the proposals align with our values, and have been in place from the moment we opened our doors.

This includes:
- Transparent price lists which are available on our website and in practice/over the phone with our friendly reception team.
- Estimates are always provided for procedures and can be provided for any other services on request
- Written prescriptions are willingly provided and always available.

We’re looking forward to working through any further changes once the final report is delivered in an open, honest and trusting manner and would like to thank all our wonderful clients for supporting us in our 1st year.

Your pet being poorly is a stressful time… and we know that our medication instructions can often be the last thing on your mind at the end of the consultation. That’s why we’ve created our medication records for you to stick on the fridge when you get home. It keeps the whole household on track as to your pets’ meds and hopefully helps to ease the burden just a little! 💊

Owner Found - thank you. We had a very poorly female cat brought in to the practice this morning. She was found in the Huxley area, was not microchipped, a dilute tabby and white with very few teeth remaining. If you are missing a cat similar to this please give the practice a call on 01829 377 988.
