Due to the strong reputation we established we started to get enquiries for our services from further and further afield. With the rapid growth, the founder, Becca Wilson, decided to franchise the business to ensure that standards could be kept as high as possible whilst allowing the business to grow in a more controlled manner. We are now an award winning pet care company covering a large area of
the South of the UK and parts of Wales. Our TauntonTeam was started in 2020 and is managed by Kim, who has been with Friends For Pets since 2018. Our Pet Carers are DBS checked, fully Insured and we have had references obtained for them. New Pet Carers also undergo training in pet first aid, nutrition, behaviour and handling as well as many other subjects through our sister company, The Pet Academy. They also attend in-house monthly training or refresher courses. Unlike some other pet care companies we will not arrive at your home in a marked vehicle, therefore announcing your empty home. For our dog walking services (as with most other dog walking companies) we are insured to walk up to six dogs in a group, but as a company we walk on a one-one basis or much smaller groups to maintain your dogs safety and welfare.
