We are incredibly busy as always so please book early to avoid disappointment it’s very VERY rare we can offer same week appointments anymore

We do have a new mini menu launching where we will be able to offer inbetween appointments to try and help 🥰

What a marvellous May!

I can’t believe how quickly this month has flown by and how little I’ve posted on the salon page.

The salons been so busy I’ve barely had time to stop for a drink let alone photo shoot with dogs 😳

Outside the salon we’ve had some more super results with the show team and are currently top breeders in the UK for miniature schnauzers again 🥰

As I’ve said the salon is super busy please book early to avoid disappointment, we can’t fit in same week appointments I’m afraid 😩

Will do my best to get back on photo taking ❤️

We are still here!

Sorry for the silence over March.

It’s been a crazy busy month starting the month with crufts where dreams came true 🏆

To ending the month becoming homeowners just before the Easter weekend. Where we finally got the keys to our home 🏡

If that wasn’t incredible enough we had a show this weekend where our Pamela had an incredible day look at all of her rosettes 😍

Will be covered in paint at the salon for the foreseeable!

The salon is as busy as ever pre booking is essential at the moment ❤️

Our home wouldn’t have happened without you guys supporting the salon always. THANK YOU ❤️

Puppy update for you all… ❤️

Evening everyone - We are coming up the the end of the first month of reopening, it’s been amazing so happy to be back !! Thank you so much to everyone for following the new routine and being so understanding it’s a strange time for us all. BOOKINGS: We are getting inundated with messages and calls which are hard to respond to whilst being so busy grooming, we will be catching up with everyone over the next few days dedicating the weekend to it and rebookings... Please remesaage me so you’re back at the top of the list for an appointment 🥰 With bookings we are strongly recommending now to block book 3-4 appointments ahead (happy to book through to Christmas if it’s easier for you) - whilst it’s so busy it just means you’re not waiting for a reply and I know how the diary is looking. The last week we’ve been accepting contactless payments on the day rather than a transfer - however we’ve unfortunately had a few no shows, so from now all new clients will be asked to pay for their appointment in full via transfer as originally stated to confirm their booking and regular clients can pay on the day. I hope everyone that’s been has found the system easy to manage and that everyone has been happy with the measures in place - if anyone has any feedback I’d really appreciate it good or bad !! ☺️ Thank you so much for all being so understanding- I need 5 of me at the moment however high 5’s from benson are helping spur us on 💪🏼🥰

About Boni & Guy’s founder Beccie Woods

Boni and Guy Hairdressing for Dogs was created by myself Beccie Woods, a fully qualified award winning dog groomer, I’ve grown up involved very heavily in the ‘dog world’ I have shown to a very high level i was born into a house full of dogs and at the age of 7 I was given my first dog Sebbie a Miniature Schnauzer - this is where my passion for grooming started, my mother taught me how to use the clippers on her and how to shape her, at the age of 15 I got a poodle to show the breeders trained me in their grooming salon every Saturday and it was then I realized how much I enjoyed transforming dogs. at 18 I opened Boni and Guy in Station Road in Taunton 2 years later in 2013 I went on to win the title of ‘Top Young Business’ across Somerset, Devon and Cornwall, this allowed me to open a second salon in Ilminster. After an exceptionally busy 4 years I decided it was time I had some time out and to enjoy being young - in this time i was a veterinary nurse and I travelled for a few months before realizing how much I missed the salon.

Here we are in 2019 one amazing little boutique salon later and you are all making this the best journey for me.
