A busy week here at MCC walks! Maya (the black lab pup) started pack walks and also spot new boy Bobby the boxer to! He’s had the help of my trusty stooge Martha to help with social skills and desensitisation before graduating onto pack walks. Another super week with the gang 🫶🏻

Meet Rigby 🐻🤎

This handsome little fella is one of our new pack walkers. We’re working on adding some structure to help this lively young lad shape into a well mannered dog who’s able to walk neutrally with the pack, channeling his energy and teaching appropriate play.

That’s a wrap! 2023 has been such an incredible year for my little biz, super grateful for the people I’ve had the opportunity to work with and learn from. My clients, as always, thank you for being awesome and trusting me with all of your lovely doggos! Can’t believe I’m heading into the 6th year running Muttley & Martha all thanks to you guys 🫶🏻

I often get asked about this beautiful sunset spot so here’s an appreciation post for my love for the quantocks.

Plenty of parking, open spaces and pathways but be mindful of the sheep and horses that roam around (and will be very nosey if you’re having a picnic!).

What’s the number 1 rule walking with the Muttley and Martha pack? Loose lead walking and being neutral with one another is by far the most important part of our pack walks. Yes I do allow play, yes I do allow dogs to sniff and enjoy their surroundings but it’s just as important to start and finish our walks with structure like heel work which we practice everyday. We’re not perfect but I’m happy with the dynamics of our walks and can walk knowing my guys are safe, happy and fulfilled! 🥰

Some of you may already know me from Muttley & Martha Pet Accessories. If you don't already know then I'm sure you'll soon learn how passionate I am about animals.
