Amiro Island beeezed around the cross country at Le Lion d’Angers, making it feel very easy and with spare gears in hand. It’s great that he is well placed (lying in 6th overnight) but even more pleasing was the manner in which he did it - feeling like a proper one. It won’t be long before he catches up with his older stable mates.
