Our whole team is ready to offer you advice to ensure that you are able to keep your pet as healthy as possible, using safe and effective preventative medicines and treatments. As a small friendly veterinary practice we are able to offer you a personal level of care and we try to ensure that you can see the veterinary surgeon of your choice, if possible.

📢 Big update: Welcome to our new vet Steve Ashman who has officially been handed the reins, having taken on the practice from Rob. Rob’s not going anywhere—he’ll still be working alongside Steve, helping to keep your pets in their best health. We’re proud to say the business remains independent and Shropshire owned and run.

Veterinary Receptionist – Part-Time

We are currently seeking a friendly and reliable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team.

📅 Working Hours:
• Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Every third Saturday morning
• Flexibility required to help cover staff holidays and absences

💻 Key Requirements:
• Good computer and communication skills
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine love for animals

This is a great opportunity to become part of a caring and professional Independent veterinary practice.

In light of recent news stories it is worth noting that Wrekin View is one of Telford’s last remaining independent veterinary practices. All of our veterinary professionals have complete freedom to recommend the treatment they consider most appropriate for your pet. None of our staff receive incentives or performance related pay.

Edit…..The phone lines have been diverted so we can take calls but unfortunately still have no Internet, so any emails will be answered as soon as we are back up and running!!
