It has been a Terrier Day ❤️
Dylan and Merlyn the Welsh Terrier brothers and George the Jack Russell Terrier. Both of these breeds originated in the UK, are hardy and agile dogs and were bred for hunting rodents, fox and badgers.
A terrier’s hunting instinct can remain strong, however their popularity as family pets has grown significantly over the years

You might recall previous posts about Bertie the rescued Toy Poodle. He only ever took treats when his owner was present, until today. Although this sounds like baby steps, it is a massive step forward for this very nervous boy. Working at a dogs pace and continually building confidence and trust is so important ❤️
