We stock everything you need for a tropical or cold water aquarium from R.O water to state-of-the art aquariums and beginner tanks, as well as a huge variety of fish. Specialists in tropical and cold water fish we have everything you need for your pond from Grade A Koi and fancy goldfish to the pumps and filters to keep it happy and healthy. You'll also find we a good selection of toys and treats for dogs to keep them happy.

You may have noticed things are looking a little different for Grovewell Aquatics at Tenterden Garden Centre. We have made the difficult decision to remove livestock from our store. This decision was not made lightly, and although the team have an excellent reputation, we were unable to keep Grovewell Aquatics as it was.

Our team remain part of the garden centre and will be on hand to answer any aquatics queries and will assist with the operation of the aquatics sundries department covering all your pond, water feature and pet needs.

Please note, Grovewell Aquatics at Canterbury Garden Centre will continue to stock tropical and cold-water fish.

They can get up to 12" so a 6 foot tank is ideal. Aggressive and very territorial, tank mates are very limited. Research is important. Good filtration is a must as they are very messy.

Clown Loach. In stock we have Sumatra Clown Loach 2" at £12.99 each. Clowns have great character. They love to be in larger groups. Mostly rummaging around the substrate for any food they can find, makes them great clean-up crew. Peel a few inches of cucumber and sink it to the bottom with a spoon, they love that! Algae waffers are perfect for them too. Give them plenty of hiding places like rock and flower pots to feel safe in. Ph of 7.5 Hardness around 8 degrees Temperature 26°c to 30°c. 27°c being optimal. Size around 12" plus.

We are a newly launched pet supplies store, in conjunction with the Tenterden Garden Centre. We stock everything that you need for your marine, tropical or cichlid aquarium: from RO water to the aquariums themselves to a huge variety of fish. We also stock reptiles and all the products needed to keep them happy and healthy. Not forgetting our lovely dogs and cats, we supply James Wellbeloved, Arden Grange, Royal Canin and Pedigree dog foods and their treats. As well as all this, we have a whole wall dedicated to dogs and cats accessories and toys! The team here give out honest and professional advice, we will endeavor to help you out with whatever you need for your pet.
