Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Telesales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the pet or hospitality sectors and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via phone to introduce Dewkes Snacks for Dogs and our product range.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the pet and hospitality sectors.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
• Experience in the pet or hospitality sectors is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
