Following on from my post last week about my Weimaraner struggling with fireworks, I am pleased to share she coped much better this year. Unfortunately it's not fireworks Night anymore, it's fireworks week! She was unsettled on the Sunday evening, however I managed to distract her by giving her a chew. Happy Friday 👑🐶

This time last year my one year old Weimaraner really struggled with fireworks. I tried to help with playing classical music, keeping the house calm and giving her a safe place to go but she was petrified. So for the past few weeks I've been playing the sounds of fireworks to help desensitize her. Time will tell, come back next week to see if it helped 🤞
