Everyone meet Rex! A gorgeous and super adorable Miniature Dappled Chocolate & Tan Dachshund, who is only 5 months old! Rex being a smaller boy is taking a little time to settle but he is sure loving all the attention he is getting! He’s made new friends, zoomed around, explored and relaxed in the sun!

Rex is living the puppy dream! It’s so good to watch his confidence flourish and grow from the moment he walked in. There is no doubt that his favourite activity today is going to be cuddles and attention!

Everyone meet Cookie. Some of you may have seen Cookie before but it has taken him some time to settle here but has soon found his feet and made a place in this family which we are all so proud of him!

Cookie is a cheeky boy who never stops and most certainly enjoys himself here. Cookie gets involved with everything and will now make friends with anyone and everyone which he has come so far with! We’re glad to have seen and help Cookie grow as a whole!

First up everyone meet the gorgeous Esther. Esther came into day care very nervous but soon found her feet with help from her friends Maggie and Bonnie. Esther soon explored the place and making friends along the way.

Esther has had so much fun with her second family and has loved having the zoomies with everyone and of course can’t forget all the cuddles and fuss! We look forward to seeing Esther grow her confidence more and more.

We’re more than a day care, to many it’s just a photo…. To us an absolute honour, privilege and dream come true!

Archie, posing here with Kyle has been coming to day care since November 2017 when Archie was only 11 months old and now he’s approaching 8 years old in a few months time and Poochs Yard had only been established for 3 months. (Archie has aged much better than Kyle) Archie is a huge part of our day care along with every other dog that attends but we just wanted to show that we aren’t just a day care, we are honestly family! Your dogs touch our lives and we are forever grateful that you entrust us with your pride and joys! There isn’t a day that goes by that we don’t pinch ourselves knowing just how lucky we are. We are so fortunate to still have many family members attending day care after all these years and it just fuels our fire to do more and strive to offer the best service each and every single day! These are also two of our favourite photos of Archie from many years ago!

Everyone meet Ozzie, He’s a 10 year old cocker spaniel who has come along today and thoroughly enjoying himself, he’s making lots of new friends and enjoying exploring the day care.

Just goes to show that an older dog can settle into a day care! Ozzie is such a sweet boy and affectionate little lad, he’s been lapping up the cuddles and attention and making the most of having lots of new Poochs to meet. We’ve been super impressed with how well Ozzie is doing and so glad he has found his feet so quickly within our day care setting.
