Good evening, or should I say night, to all our lovely clients! 🐶🤎

I would just like to make you all aware that from tomorrow (6th of April 2025) that all payments for boarding will now be due a month in advance, on the 1st of every month. For example, all bookings for May and April will be due tomorrow. Moving forward, June boarding dates payments will be due on the 1st of May etc and so on. This includes trial nights.

This is mainly so we can be certain of what availability we have. We have had a lot of people cancel last minute, which meant that we could have offered the boarding space to another lovely client and their pet. As you can understand, this also means we lose business. Additionally, we can keep track of payments a lot easier.

I will be contacting each booking individually over the next couple of days to notify April/May bookings. I am so grateful for having such regular and loyal clients that understand why I have to do this, unfortunately the same rule has to be everyone.

50% deposit will still be required upon booking boarding and pet sitting dates, this is to secure the booking. Without the deposit, spaces are not secured and can be offered to other doggos.

If there are any problems regarding payments, please talk to me when I message you, I am more than happy to negotiate for exceptional circumstances.

We will soon be heading into spring and summer…

George says he’s looking forward to making friends and having some play dates on the beach, dog parks and the airfield!

We understand that most people are not sure of the coming years plans, however we encourage to get your doggos booked in as soon as possible to enable time for meet and greets, and trial nights.

So, how does it does it work?

🐶You can contact us by messenger, text, phone call, email or WhatsApp with your enquiry or travel dates.

🐶We will then ask some questions to distinguish if boarding with us with will be suitable for your furry companions.

🐶A meet and greet will then be arranged, and if all goes well, then a trial night. Trial nights are mandatory.

🐶We will email you the relevant paperwork and will require proof of vaccinations. Which will have to be returned to us before the trial night.

🐶If the trial night all goes to plan then we can book your dog(s) in for the dates required.

It’s as simple as that!

I would just like to remind all clients, existing and new, that prices have now increased for 2025. It is £36 per night per dog. Trial nights are also charged at this rate.

Each dog that boards with us receives individual gold standard care that is tailored to them. We are:

🐶A Husband and Wife team
🐶A Student Veterinary Nurse (soon to be registered!)
🐶Extensive knowledge in canine care and behaviour
🐶In-home boarding (no kennels)

We also offer pet sitting and drop ins upon request.

I would like in inform all clients, new and existing, that from the 1st of January 2025 my prices will be increasing.

Boarding will now be £36 per night, per dog. As always, trial nights are charged at this rate too.

For pet sitting and drop-ins, please message us privately, if you require these services.

This DOES NOT apply to existing bookings, they will be honoured at the current rates. Any booking made from the 22nd of December will be the new rate for next year.

Doing our nightly lick mats for the boarders tomorrow. We do only provide these to dogs whose owners we have consent from and have no dietary intolerances. 🐶❌

There are many reasons why a lick mat is good for a dog. They alleviate stress, create mental stimulation for dogs if their exercise is limited or if physical exercise doesn’t always tire them out, they encourage healthy teeth and gums and can be useful to reinforce activities like grooming, bath time and nail trims (Pet Retreat, 2022).
