We are seeing an increasing number of white birds across our client base. These unique birds behave in a very different way to brown hens, but so far production is fantastic and they are generally good to manage.

A new strain of Avian Influenza (H5N5) has been identified in a number of wild birds across the UK. Some of these have resulted in high mortality within the population.
This is a reminder that AI is still a threat within the UK and excellent biosecurity should be practised at all times.
