Correct information is important

Last week I was teaching in Africa for the dog team that search for Action for Cheetahs. The dogs are search dogs for Cheetah S**t (Poo). This is essential for collection of data of territory boundaries for conservation etc..

Even in Africa I am teaching Basic Life Support - CPR to The Recover Guidelines, the Veterinary standard in CPR. Did you know there are 4 types of compressions that are used for different shapes and sizes of dogs. This is important because the ETCO2 levels have to reach a minimum of 18mmHG to be potentially successful so doing one type of Compressions for all sizes of dog is not correct

We have also changed their protocol for Heatstroke from old methods to the new Guidance via the RVC to Rapid Cooling and Cold Water Immersion.

Make sure tutors teach by these standards - it saves lives ❤️

I love my job especially in the summer. However it seems yesterday I had an allergic reaction to the sun. Cue two swollen eyes & a swollen face in bed with ice packs on my eyes 👀 😂.

So if you see me today looking like a pufferfish 🐡 that is why ☀️☀️

I think this holiday is needed more than ever 😂
