Due to a couple of schooling liveries returning home soon, I will have a space available from the first week of May for a competing/schooling/ ⛵️/breaking livery.
Experienced event rider, very patient with youngsters and a lot of emphasis is put on giving horses the correct basics from the ground before starting them under saddle.
Kept on our farm between Thirsk and Ripon. Ample turnout available.

Wednesday 14th April at Thornton Le Moor, times depending on interest.

These clinics will be a mixture of polework, gridwork and jumping exercises. I will try to put groups together of a similar ability.

Homebred, rising 4yr old bay Connemara x Irish sport horse mare. By the gorgeous young Connemara stallion ‘Killour Star’ out of an Irish sport horse mare by the grade A jumping stallion ‘Olympic Lux’
Willow is an exceptionally friendly, kind natured mare. I backed her alone last summer, where she proved very straightforward. She has a lovely temperament and attitude towards everything she has done. She has been turned away since and I’m just starting to bring her back in to work now.
With her breeding and temperament I would expect her to go on to be a very smart little event horse.
Willow has 3 nice paces. She does have a small splint which has now formed (she wasn’t ever lame on it).
Good to clip, she hasn’t had shoes on yet but is good with the farrier to trim. Very easy to catch. Good to load on a trailer but hasn’t been out much yet.
Unfortunately Willow just hasn’t grown big enough for me (I’m 5ft 11) she is currently standing at just over 148cm, I would expect her to make 15hh. This is why I have to regrettably find her a new home.

I'm considering selling Willow, my gorgeous bay filly foal due to serious lack of time (2 small children!) she is by the stunning young dun connemara stallion 'Killour Star' who is a class 1 connemara and sports pony studbook graded stallion. She is out of our mare Millie, who is by 'Olympic Lux' who jumped up to 1.30m national level, and us sired many successful show jumpers and even tees. 'Olympic Lux' is by the famous 'Lux Z' who is an international show jumper.
Willow has been well handled since birth (08/06/17) and is used to having her feet picked out on a daily basis, but she hasn't done very much due to me having 2 very small children, and therefore serious lack of time. She has a lovely temperament, is very friendly and always the first one to come to great me at the gate! Willow has very good conformation, she moves straight and uphill.
She will be available from weaning, which will be early in the new year, a deposit would hold her until then. She will only be sold to a suitable home. I am in no rush to sell her, and happy to keep hold of her if she doesn't sell.
£4500 sensible offers would be considered, but please no time wasters or silly offers - this is a seriously smart filly with a bright future ahead of her.
