Position: Store Assistant (Part-Time)
Hours: 10:00-18:00 / 10:00-16:00
Salary: £12.21ph

Love animals and enjoy helping people? Yorkshire Feed & Country Store is looking for a friendly, hardworking Store Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied day and has a passion for great customer service.

🛒 Key Duties:
-Serving and assisting customers at the till and around the store
-Stocking shelves and managing deliveries
-General cleaning to keep the store clean and tidy
-Answering customer questions and offering helpful advice

🐕 What We’re Looking For:
-Friendly, polite, and confident when dealing with customers
-Willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks
-Physically fit – some heavy lifting required (e.g., feed bags)
-Retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required– full training provided

🌟 Today we said goodbye (for now!) to Mae as she finished her final day with us after over a year of being part of the team. Mae has been an absolute star and will be greatly missed by both the team and our customers. 💛

We’re all so proud as she heads off to start her exciting journey towards university & her swimming, and we wish her all the very best for this next chapter. ✨

We hope to still see her throughout the holidays in store— once part of the team, always part of the team! 💙
