It was great to welcome @katerinabbc1 to Monk Park Farm to be an elf for the day.
As part of the BBC Children in Needs Job Swap, Kat swapped being a weather presenter for being an elf.
From helping Santa in the grotto to feeding the deer, to plumping reindeer teddies and munching away on marshmallows, Kat completed all the tasks of being a great elf.
Farmer Jack said โKat was an amazing elf! She was full of enthusiasm and the kids absolutely loved her. Lauren and Kat really bonded and made a great double act, even if they did eat all the marshmallowsโ ๐
Letโs just hope Lauren doesnโt have to be a weather presenter for the day ๐จ๏ธ

Wow, what an amazing Halloween itโs been! Weโve welcomed a record number of visitors to the farm, weโve received loads of amazing reviews, weโve gone through a ridiculous amount of pumpkins, oh and weโve had it nearly all washed away by the floodโฆbut that didnโt stop us!
We want to say a huge thank you to all our team for helping put on an amazing event, it really wouldnโt have been the same without them. Last night we had a party to celebrate Halloween and to thank them for all they do. Check out our stories to see all that went on.
We also would like to say a huge thank you to you guys for coming to the farm and supporting us. We genuinely love what we do so for you to come to the farm and support us in the way that you do means the absolute world to us!
