Just wanted to put a message out to say thank you to everyone who has recently been understanding over appointment changes. We have had a lot of people needing to change appointments at both salons due to different reasons that obviously can’t be helped, which we totally understand but with us both being booked up for quite a few weeks/months it can sometimes be quite difficult, the only way is for us to ask other people to move appointments and swap about, so we just wanted to say a big thank you to the people we have moved about and to say that we really appreciate your understanding 🫶🏻

As we are going into a new year we just want to give you all a polite reminder about our cancellation policy as we have recently had a lot of last minute changes which unfortunately leaves us down on wages.

We need 48 hours notice for cancellation/ rearrangement of appointments so we have time to refill the space, not just on receipt of the reminder message the day before.

⭐️ Cancellation/ rearrangement fees ⭐️

If 48 hours notice is given then no fee is required.

If you give less than 48 hours notice then a fee will need to be paid and this is half of cost of the original groom price that was booked in.

If you cancel on the day of the appointment or do not turn up, then full payment of the groom is required.

Fees will need to be paid before any rearrangement appointments are made.

Please understand that this is our business, our wages and we too have bills that need to be paid.

We usually send appointments out by text / Facebook message so please remember to add these to your calendar so appointments aren’t missed 🙂
