A fantastic performance from our 6 Regt runners at the 4x5km Army Relay Championships today.
The event was hosting down in Aldershot, quite a journey for our team!
An amazing 4th place out of a total of 41 teams from across the Army.
Individual times were as follows: LCpl Meider 16:44, WO2 Cassidy 16:06, WO2 Flounders 18:09 and Cpl Crosby 18:43.
Incredibly quick times by all four of the team! 🏃

62 Squadron PDRC - Remembrance Day
Today saw the Men and Women of 62 Squadron, Public Duties Roulement Company commemorate the fallen.
Supporting the National Service of Remembrance at the Cenotaph, each Detachment from St James’ and Buckingham Palace to the Tower of London and Windsor Castle turned out to hold their two-minute silence.
Prior to the silence, and chance for all to reflect, Private Robertson eloquently led a reading to the Soldiers and Officers’ of St James’ Palace Detachment. This served as a reminder to all of the importance of Remembrance Sunday and what the Poppy symbolises.
Being in such a prestigious location for this Remembrance Sunday, it was easy to hear the sound of the guns from King’s Troop Royal Horse Artillery who fire twice to mark the beginning and end of the two-minute silence.
Remembrance Sunday also marks the end of 62 Squadrons third week of mounted duties in London. Two more weeks, and one more mount, will bring the Squadrons time in the Capitol to an end, but with and will be memories for a lifetime.
