🌟Updated Policy’s🌟
DEPOSITS - as most of you know we use a online system that we pay for to secure your dog’s appointments with a £15 deposit. The last year I have been lazy with checking deposits and letting people just pay full amount on the day off the groom which has sometimes ended up biting me back.
✨As from January 2025 all deposits must be paid 3 days prior to your dog grooming appointment and if this is still not showing as paid 72 hours before the groom it will now get cancelled and offered out.

I am understanding that some of my customers may be unable to access the online system and therefore book their next appointment upon collection of their current appointment. If I could just politely ask that you pay the deposit of the next appointment at this time.

❗️I have gone through the first 2 weeks off January and resent deposits request for those that haven’t paid yet ❗️

Cash only ( free ATM in one stop )
Bank transfers (only as last resort)
If payments need to be made via bank transfer then this must be paid pay prior to your groom. If no payment is made, the groom will not be carried out.

Cancellation/No Show Policy
I appreciate people have things that crop up last minute but we are putting in place a cancellation policy off
More then 48 hours notice - deposit back
Less then 48 hours notice - deposits is kept
No Show - Full payment off missed groom required to book back
