Hi all.unfortunately I have had to make the difficult decision to start charging for cancelled walks if I do not hear by 2pm the day before the walk.
I am having excessive cancellations without valid reasons (ie injured dog etc)
I'm sure that owners would not accept turning up to work and being told they aren't needed that day and I need to make an income.
When I have so many cancellations I do not need a helper but still have to pay them as short notice.its a cost I can't continue to carry being a small business.
Very sorry indeed.
