As we approach the busiest time of year please bare a few things in mind.

I'm working as much as I can to accommodate everyone's pooches before Christmas. Due to this I'm fully booked, even over booked.
If you need to cancel your appointment I won't be able to offer an alternative.

Please be on time for your appointment and pick up promptly at discussed time. This ensures I stay on schedule.

There may be a delayed response time to messages during the day as I'll be back to back grooming.

Lastly if I look like a walking zombie by the end of December don't judge 😂😂
