I started Rumbles Dog Walking when I decided that I would like to combine my love of animals and the great outdoors to launch a new career and haven't looked back. I have been a responsible dog owner all my adult life and currently own three bundles of energy. I am involved in the flyball world and am racing in a local team with my dogs Bo, Badger and Biggles. I am also a dog foster carer for Homeless Hounds. I am fully insured and CRB checked.

We received some bad news today. Our old friend Bess a Newfie was sadly PTS today .
Bess was with us for a number of years until she went into retirement. She was a gentle giant, who loved to be walked while I held on to her ear !
She will be sadly missed by everyone 😢

We have just received some bad news this morning, that Ollie had sadly passed away this morning. Ollie was one of my first customer when I started out my business 13 years ago. I'm going to miss him dearly 😢.
My heart goes out to his owners.

We received some bad news yesterday, that Toffee had sadly passed away in his sleep. I'm going to miss the little fella.

September traditionally sees the start of a new term at School !
This week we had a new boy start with us...
A Red Lab , called Cooper, he is a gentle loony 🤣.
Welcome aboard Cooper, you are going to be great.
On this Monday, we see a Tibetan Terrier x Cocker Spaniel. Called Scrabble join us.

Today we received the news that Amber ( who I nicknamed Bam Bams ) was PTS this morning. Amber had been with me virtually from the start of my business, she was a special dog who didn't like the rain ! And would often look out of the van to see if was raining and refused to come out. She also loved coming out with my own dogs, on the odd occasion.
I will miss Amber deeply, run free little girl.

Today was Talisker's first day with me. This is to get him socialised and use to all the different sounds and smells. He passed with flying colours today, he met lots of dogs and customers who wanted to have a cuddle ! He won't be starting walks until he is at least 6 months old to let those bones develop.

On the way home he crashed out in the van and fell asleep...

Meet Talisker, little brother of Mac. Pupster is coming to join us for socialisation and little walks also get him use to travelling etc..
Monday is his big day where he will leave Mac and give Mac a bit of peace and quiet.
I have a feeling I'm not going to get far with him.
