Sadly we have decided to bring in a cancellation policy.

As a small business we cannot afford to pay staff for time spent when appointments are not kept.

We are kindly asking for 24 hours notice if you can’t attend your dogs groom appointment.

50% of the groom cancellation fee will be required.
