We have had a wonderful review of our own calm mix by one of our customers, fireworks are always a challenge especially for our own dogs so to hear that we can help people with their pets is always nice to hear 🤩🐶

Moss has been in today to pick his treats! There was too much choice! He decided to let his mum pick 😵‍💫

🙌 ProDog delivery is in! Finally! We apologise for the wait on some foods, sadly it’s a real problem with couriers having such a back log. We are now fully stocked with your favourites.

🤤 Treats are restocked, we have pizzles, small and medium trachea, deer jerky, rabbit skins with and without fur (small and huge), rabbit ears, veal jerky, tripe sticks, cows ears, hooves, chicken feet, beef tendons, goat skins, venison dentasticks, sprats and pork spaghetti as well as the huge deer chews, yak bars, antlers and venison sausages.

🐺 Also restocked is Akela tinned food and kibble (all grain and filler free).

We are open until 1pm today and open tomorrow 10am - noon.
Next week we are open Monday to Friday 10am - 2pm

Margo came to the shop today to collect her food and treats for over the Xmas period.
What she didn’t realise is waiting to meet her was her great granddad drake! Now to show her how he rolls he stole her deer chew 🙈 then he had a good chase around the field showing her how to get lost in the woods 🤦🏽‍♀️ what else are grandparents for?

Spring isn’t far away (honest!!!)

Time for the pesky flea’s and ticks to make their dreaded appearance! 🐜

Instead of reaching for the chemicals take a look at the wonders of herbs to keep them away from the four legged.

Add a little chopped garlic to their food daily during warmer months 🧄
Add apple cider vinegar to their food daily 🍎

And for extra protection we created this beauty last year at the request of so many customers and it’s been a huge hit! 🏆

Our flea & tick support contains:

Neem - rich in quercetin, used internally purifies the blood, is anti bacterial, anti inflammatory and anti fungal, it kills germs, impedes fleas, ticks, mites and insects. It’s also great for bad breath and works wonders on skin conditions.

Lemon balm - natural insect repellent, also fabulous for anxious dogs who need a little calming help, it’s also anti viral and anti bacterial

Fenugreek - my favourite smelling herb; another natural flea and tick repelling mega herb! It’s also used for increasing milk in lactating ladies (we can’t use the correct word as Facebook bans us), it’s a super herb with so many uses and dogs love the taste!

Peppermint - another insect repellent, super tasty and highly nutritious, we also use it in our skin and coat blend as it’s so great for the skin and coat. As a reminder, never use peppermint oil on dogs 🐕

As with any neem products, due to research it is not recommended neem is fed to breeding dogs although there are no absolute studies showing that pure neem leaf can cause fertility problems it is recommended that breeding females in particular do not consume or be treated with neem within a few months of a planned breeding.

We can create the same mix for those ladies and gents without the neem by request.
