Happy New Year to all of my loyal clients and I am so sorry if we missed your Christmas Groom due to my Pneumonia diagnosis. I am back to work and looking forward to seeing you all again soon. A Very Polite Reminder of My Flea Policy.

Now the weather is warming up and little creatures are coming out of hibernation, please ensure your pets are protected from fleas and worms.

A reminder that if any dog comes into my groom room with fleas, they will be tethered outside on the covid rings and immediate collection will be necessary. Full payment of the groom price will be required plus a charge of £25 to cover fumigation and cleaning. I will not allow any fleas or ticks in my groom room under any circumstances. If you need advice, please call me and I can recommend products for your home, cars and pet bedding that is safe for all. Lisa xx

I hope you all understand that this is due to difficult circumstances over the past year bevause of government Covid restrictions. Just a very polite reminder. I am currently offering welfare grooms to all of my loyal customers and offering bank transfer payments for ease and convenience. I will expect transfer of funds on collection or within 24 hours of collection. I am currently not working full time due to Covid restrictions and your business is very much appreciated. If payments are not received within 30 days, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with the terms and conditions that I ensure everyone signs. I am sad to post this and hope you all understand that it is difficult to run a small business if funds are not transferred when promised. Love Lisa@Bluebells x

Hello All, hope you are all well. It is with much sadness to tell you, that due to the revised Government Guidelines for pet groomers, I will be temporarily closed.

The Guidelines clearly state that "pet groomers may be used for animal welfare reasons rather than aesthetic purposes". Animal welfare reasons include an emergency, a vet referral, severe matting or any skin condition that causes discomfort. If you feel that your dog meets these requirements, please call me to discuss. A revised protocol will be in place and consent forms completed to comply with my insurance and revised risk assessment which are very strict.

I am so sorry to post this and will call you all individually but hope this is only a short term temporary measure. I am sure that you all agree that we need to comply with all Covid restrictions to protect us all and our fantastic NHS.

As always, thank you for your understanding and loyalty in these difficult times. Lisa x
