⚠️ This is your reminder to keep checking your dogs for ticks! This week I’ve pulled multiple ticks off of quite a few dogs. As the weather cools fleas and ticks become more active so make sure you keep checking until the weather gets really cold ⚠️

🦷 I’ve had lots of enquiries about the Emmipet tooth cleaning that I now offer so I thought I would do a post regarding prices and availability.

🐾 First session £35 (around 45-60 minutes) which includes a consultation to talk about your dental hygiene routine at home.
🐾 Follow up sessions £25 (£20 when added to a grooming session)

The amount of sessions required depends on each individual dog and how much dental care you are able to do at home. Oral hygiene is a continuous process so the more you can do at home between sessions, the better the results and the longer dogs can go between sessions.

💜 some grooms from today. Who’s spotted my new gorgeous paw mat 🤩 she’s a beauty! These help so much with making the dogs more comfortable and slip resistant while they are on the grooming table. Think of them as the difference between sitting on a dinner chair or sitting in an arm chair for the dogs whilst they are being groomed. Lucky pups! 💜

🐾🤩 Such a great weekend this weekend, full of education and fun times! Thank you so much for all your hard work putting on the weekend. And of course lots of shopping, this morning it was like Christmas trying out all my new goodies!!

🍂 🍁 It’s that time of year again that a lot of dogs are shedding like crazy! Rosie also suffers with dry skin from allergies so a nice mud bath and a good deshed does her the world of good and helps to rehydrate her skin and makes her less itchy 🍁🍂

👋 I’m back after a lovely holiday last week. What a week it’s been! It’s been lovely catching up with lots of my lovely clients. Just a little reminder, I hate to say the big C word but…… Christmas! My diary is already very full for December so if any of my clients on a grooming schedule haven’t already got an appointment please get in touch sooner rather than later 🎅🏼

💜 Rio wanted to show me how beautiful and fresh his breath was after he had his teeth cleaned 🦷 such a gorgeous boy 💜

💜 This is why puppy intro grooms are so so important. Little Otis was absolutely petrified of the table and the drier when he first came to me. We’ve worked on positive experiences with both and now he’s super chilled and happy with both pieces of equipment without needing to use force or punishment. Good boy Otis 🥰

🤩 Take the salon quality products home! I absolutely love @peanutandpicklecompany and use these products on a daily basis in the salon. These are all available to buy at the shop including the new daily doodle detangling spray, strawberry and vanilla dry shampoo and flea defence shampoo and spray which is fantastic to use on both yourself and your dog to keep pests away out walking 🤩

🦷🐾 Riley being such a good boy to have his teeth cleaned. I wanted to leave the sound on to show you how quiet the toothbrush is….silent! There’s no vibrations and no noise so perfect for nervous dogs. Just look at his little smile after 🥰

💜 Super chilled Bella having a quick snooze whilst being dried 😴 it’s a hard life being pampered you know!

💜 That all important play time and cuddles after Hugo’s groom today. He loved meeting his new friend Penelope and she is certainly enjoying meeting lots of new friends. Good boy Hugo, seeing you blossom from a very anxious timid boy into a confident happy boy is an absolute pleasure 🥰
