✨ ️POLITE REMINDER OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS ✨️

At Barking Mad we understand that life sometimes gets in the way and that appointments may need to be rearranged. This is why we send an email reminder of your appointment 48 hours in advance of your appointment.
Appointments can be re-arranged or cancelled up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time without charge.
If you contact us with less than 48 hrs notice then a cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment. If you fail to contact us and do not attend your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of the appointment and we cannot make anymore appointments until this is paid. If you would like to book an appointment following a no-show, please note you will be required to pay for the next appointment upon booking.

Without the correct notice of changes, we cannot fill the slot with another appointment and as we are all self employed, we lose out on money too.
We hope you can understand and we are here to help in any way we can 😊
